If the item is an exchange, please include the style number, size, and color of the product you would like exchanged. The package can be sent via standard Ground Service/USPS insured or Federal Express. If an exchange is requested, it will be shipped with no additional shipping cost. The time for the return to be processed and a refund or exchange to be provided is approximately 10-14 business days from the date it was returned. A $6.99 charge will be deducted from the refund. If the return or exchange is deemed as defective merchandise, the $6.99 charge will not be deducted from the refund amount.
